All of our wax melts and home fragranced products are handmade in small batches. Due to their handmade nature, colours and appearance may vary slightly from the product images.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and provide a full refund where applicable.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment

We accept secure online payments through our payment provider. Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.
